Quick update & room for improvement (Final Numbers 2019) Our FB leads continue to outperform Zillow and ROC 6 listings in 5 months with Ylopo. Closed 25 in 5 months. (closed 1 in first 30 days) $150k in commission 15 Hot in the pipeline as of 6Jan2020 4 referrals (5 months) 35 closed deals (4months) from Ylopo tech and Al (Agents not on my referral program) $280k in commission. The number of deals lost because they are not willing to follow my advice, 30+ Very poor in follow up. Turned off email from Conversion Monster Still working on hiring in house ISA, (Robby) leaving too much money on the table atm. At least 10 lost/burned deals due to lazy agents, not enough follow up. set them up on monthly seller alerts. Wish we had Homebot. We set up Zapier text for Al converted/needs follow up, Call back appointment and live transfer from CM so I know in real-time because I get way too many texts and emails. We more than doubled our remarketing budget and stopped seller leads. Uploaded 5000 contacts from Remine database and remarketing with success. Jumping in stars convo is working very well, especially if they ghost you, a random “hey what do you think of these homes” works a lot better in stars then a separate text. 2020 is going to be amazing because now we have 6 months of leads being nurtured. Moving forward, probably going to jump another level with Ylopo, pull more contacts from Remine, hopefully, have an in-house ISA, increase the remarketing budget and more agents!
