We’ve spent nearly two decades on one problem.
Howard Tager, Juefeng Ge and Chris Soto built TigerLead, then rebuilt the whole thing as Ylopo. Two companies, one job: take the hardest part of a real estate business — digital marketing — and run it for you.

People always ask us, “Hey, what the heck does Ylopo mean?”
Well, Ylopo is actually the last 5 letters of the word Monopoly spelled backwards — symbolizing how we’re turning the ultimate game of real estate on its head.
That name was a promise before it was a product. The portals had spent a decade building a monopoly on the consumer relationship, renting agents back their own leads. We started Ylopo to hand that relationship to the agent — the brand, the traffic, the database, the closings.
Three founders. Two companies. Nearly twenty years in the same fight.
Ylopo wasn’t a first attempt. It was a second one — built by the same people, with everything the first one taught them.

Howard Tager, co-founder and CEO of Ylopo, was also the co-founder and CEO of TigerLead Solutions, which he had started in 2007 and which, at the time, was considered the pioneer and leader of real estate digital marketing. TigerLead proved something the industry had doubted: that agents could generate their own online leads at scale, in their own name, and win.

Juefeng Ge ran digital marketing at TigerLead. He is now co-founder and Chief Marketing & Product Officer of Ylopo. If Howard proved that agents could own their lead generation, Ge spent the following decade proving they could own the entire funnel — the ad platforms, the attribution, the nurture, the measurement of what actually turns spend into closings.

Chris Soto, co-founder and CTO/CFO, is the reason none of it is duct tape. Chris has built and maintained enterprise-level technology for multi-billion dollar companies, and he insisted from day one that Ylopo be built — not licensed, not white-labeled, not rented from somebody else’s platform. Every core system in Ylopo is ours, which is why we can ship things our competitors have to wait for a vendor to build.
When TigerLead was acquired, the three of them had a choice: take the win, or go do it properly. They went back in. Ylopo launched with a decade of hard-won lessons already in the foundation — and with a rule that still governs the roadmap: if it doesn’t put money in a client’s pocket, it doesn’t ship.
What we’re actually trying to do
Our mission is to build the world’s most intuitive real estate marketing platform — and then run it for our clients, not hand them a login and wish them luck. Agents and team leaders did not get into this business to become media buyers, ad-platform specialists, and conversion analysts. So we do that part. Across two companies and nearly twenty years, that’s been the whole job: take the most complicated, fastest-moving part of a real estate business — digital marketing — and make it something you don’t have to think about.
Today that means roughly 2,200 client businesses trusting us with their brand, their database, and their marketing spend. It means a marketing engine that has been continuously rebuilt as Facebook, Google, and now AI reshaped the landscape underneath it. And it means a company where the founders are still the ones in the product reviews, because none of the three of them has found anything better to do.

The Executive Team
Two of the three founders you’ll meet on a demo call are still the ones setting the roadmap.
And seven Realtors-in-Residence
Ylopo is the only company in the country with seven full-time Realtors-in-Residence — real team leads and owners still in the trenches, on payroll, shaping the product. Senior RIR Barry Jenkins built one of the country’s top teams, selling 800–900 homes a year. Their experience is what keeps the platform honest, and it’s what trains our AI.

What people ask us before they book
Who founded Ylopo?
Ylopo was co-founded by Howard Tager (CEO), Juefeng Ge (CMO/CPO) and Chris Soto (CTO/CFO). Howard and Ge previously built TigerLead Solutions, started in 2007 and widely considered the pioneer of real estate digital marketing. Chris leads engineering and finance, and is the reason Ylopo's core platform is built in-house rather than white-labeled.
What does Ylopo mean?
Ylopo is the last five letters of the word Monopoly spelled backwards, symbolizing how we're turning the ultimate game of real estate on its head.
What is Ylopo's mission?
To build the world's most intuitive real estate marketing platform and run it for our clients. Agents didn't get into this business to become media buyers and attribution analysts, so we handle that side and hand back leads, conversations and closings.
How is Ylopo different from the tools I've already tried?
Three things: we've been doing this across two companies for nearly twenty years, we built the platform ourselves instead of renting it, and we employ seven full-time Realtors-in-Residence who still sell homes and who shape the roadmap. The result is managed marketing rather than a login and a tutorial.
Where is Ylopo located?
Ylopo is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, with team members across the U.S. and internationally. You can reach us at (844) 359-5493 or info@ylopo.com.
How many clients does Ylopo have?
Roughly 2,200 client businesses — solo agents, growing teams, and some of the largest teams in the country — currently run their marketing on Ylopo.
The founders are still in the room.
