National Call Night

When: Thursday, March 12th 2020 (save the date!) you pick your start time. 
Where: Zoom, compete with Ylopo teams all over the country!

Why? Spring is right around the corner; this is the perfect opportunity to dive into your database and turn leads into relationships and just as importantly SET A TON OF APPOINTMENTS!! Setting yourself up for your best summer ever and big fat commission checks!

 

RULES

  2. Make sure you get your entire team on board, the more you have, the more fun you’ll have and the more positive energy you can create.

  3. You will have 3 hours dedicated to calling as many leads in your database as possible with the goal of setting as many appointments as possible.

  4. You pick your start time; it just has to be on the afternoon or evening of Thursday March 12th, and you’ll need to be live on camera using the zoom link from registration so you can see your team going up against everyone nationally. 

  5. No texting, this is picking up the phone and calling with the goal to reach and set as many appointments as you can, yes lender appointments count!

  6. Call night tracking. Please keep track of these any way you can, many use a whiteboard and have the zoom camera focused in on these #’s ...

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL CALL NIGHT
 

Invite your lender! You’ll have the opportunity to set a bunch of lender appointments so have your lender partner there to see what you’re doing to drive new business there way. If you don’t have a lender partner sharing in the costs of your Ylopo platform this is a great opportunity to get one on board so they can see the leads converting in person.
 

Food & Drinks - Bring in Pizza or something for your team so they don’t need to leave the office and gives them another reason to attend and have a good experience. 
 

Gamify it! Use bingo boards etc and make them your own! 

 
 

Incentives - Grab a handful of gift cards and give them out to participants who make the most dials, set the most appointments, have the funniest/weirdest call etc.
