[01:05] Save Time and Money with Zoom

  • Listing properties with Zoom

  • I was talking to people all over the world so I figured out how to give listing presentations with people over video, and when Zoom came out it was so much easier.

  • It’s very time-sensitive. Time is something we don’t get back. 

The Tech Part

  • You need to make Zoom your own world. You have to have the webinar version, not just the meeting version, as it has a lot of bonuses involved. Make the meeting ID your cellphone number and personal to you. That way, if people can’t quite figure it out what’s the meeting ID, they remember it’s your cellphone. You can have a custom URL. The Chrome extension is really important so you can just launch real quick at any time. Every single person on the team should have a Zoom account, especially now.

  • Learn to go live. I communicate with all my coaching clients; communicate with my clients, with community groups.

The Reason We Do This

  • We’re trying to save time doing this.

  • We wanna see if our clients are serious.

  • We want to ask them if they’re shopping other agents.

  • We want to see if they’re nice people, because if they’re dingdongs we don’t wanna work with them.

  • We wanna get the intel on all their concerns, so if you do have a face-to-face meeting you’re ready to go to battle.

  • Show off how awesome you are.

  • Do things that other agents can’t or won’t.

The Scripts

  • 3 things you need to worry about when you list your home: price, agent and which firm, and marketing.

  • Let’s see if we are a good fit.

  • Let me go through my marketing.

  • I would love to come by… I just want to get a little bit information so I can be properly prepared when I get there. 

  • If it looks good, can we move forward?

What To Go Over

  • Ask them their situation - Why are they moving, etc.

  • Go over your team

  • Go over your theme

  • Go over the high points of your marketing presentation.

  • Go over the 21 questions to ask an agent you’re interviewing.

  • Ask for the commitment.
